
22645VIC - Certificate III in English as an Additional Language (Further Study)
This course is designed for strengthening English speaking and listening, reading, writing, and study skills necessary to engage effectively in various further study environments in Australia, including Vocational Education and Training(VET) or Higher Education. The course aims to help develop the participants with the following educational achievements:
- Develop and document a learningplan and portfolio.
- Participate in straightforward interactions for study purposes
- Read and write straightforward texts for study purposes
- Listen and take notes for study purposes
- Use learning strategies for study purposes Investigate features of the Australian Legal system




Course Duration & Structure
- Delivered face-to-face, at two days per week at 6 hours per day for 27 weeks;
- Real life applications at 4.5 hours per week;
- Research and project work at 3 hours per week.
Entry Requirements
- Applicants will be required to undertake an English assessment in two parts;
- Informal interview – to assess spoken English language skills;
- Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) written test – to assess written English language skills; and
- Minimum entry score of ACSF level 2.

For eligible student students, Victorian and Commonwealth Government funding is available through the Skills First Program.
For full fee paying students, payments plans may be available
- Concession fee: $200.00 (includes GST)
- Non Concession fee: $1000.00 (includes GST)
- Fee for service: $4862.50 (includes GST)

- Replacement of lost learner resources is an additional charge
- A payment of AUD $20 may be required for the re-issuing of official academic transcript
